When Pete was ten, his father was murdered by a man who claimed to be a hero. Now eighteen, Pete takes after his father in being a supervillain. With his girlfriend Melony, and her little brother Dylan, Pete realizes no one is going to stand up to the heroes - no one except him. But he knows what happens when heroes face villains, so instead, Pete takes a new name, a new fake power, and becomes a hero. When he's on the inside though, he realizes the corruption runs deeper than one bad man.
